Shipping policy

**Processing Time:**

- All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

- Shipping rates are a flat fee of $17.00

**Lost or Damaged Shipments:**

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

**Address Accuracy:**

- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered

A Return and Refund policy :

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt
• Returns must be unused with tag on and in original packaging
• Food and treat items are not eligible for returns

• Waggy Butts will pay for the return of any unused or defective items
